- Warranty Terms and Details: Luxorr Electronics provides free repair or replacement for any covered defect within the warranty period for products purchased directly from Luxorr Electronics or from our authorized retailers in the Philippines. Warranty support is not available for items bought from non-approved sellers, foreign retailers, or for counterfeit or parallel-imported products purchased outside of our authorized channels.
- Luxorr Care Extended Warranty: Optional extension of the standard warranty for up to two years from the original purchase date. Coverage includes accidental damage protection with a maximum of one approved claim per calendar year and a service fee of PHP 99 per claim. To file a claim, the customer must return the damaged product either by drop off or by shipping it to the nearest Luxorr Operations Hub and must provide proof of purchase, such as a commercial invoice. Once the claim is approved, a replacement unit of the same model or an equivalent model of equal or higher value will be shipped or delivered to the customer’s address on file at no cost. Replacements are issued as new or refurbished units at Luxorr’s discretion, depending on availability. Extended warranty coverage is valid only for products purchased from Luxorr Electronics or its authorized retailers. Claims for products purchased from foreign stores, parallel imports, or counterfeit products will not be honored. Claims found to be fraudulent, including claims for intentionally damaged items, may be rejected and may result in permanent disqualification from warranty services and future Luxorr programs. Warranty coverage does not include cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, normal wear and tear, loss or theft, or unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
